Nice man but zero killer instinct. He seems capable yet we presented him with several different legal problems and he seemed confused. Maybe this is why he practices law in Walla Walla. He’s definitely practicing law. He was very fair and did not ask for a huge retainer like most of our lawyers. We would recommend Cober for simple legal tasks. He is a good guy.
