On my second divorce I again went through mediation. I told my attorney James King I didn’t want to mediate because my xwife will waste money in mediation asking for money and financial support.
My xwife’s attorney selected former judge Eve L. Miller. We spent 6 hours on a phone call mediating this case. Eve liked to continue to share all of her wisdom and experiences. She liked to scold me for spending money on myself or not giving enough money to my xwife. She further more argued with me when I was speaking to my attorney.
Mrs. Miller is very unprofessional and loves to favor the female’s. It didn’t help my attorney was not prepared and pretty much sucked. But I would stay as far away from ole Eve as you can.
